Buenos Aires Horizon Tours is a locally-run walking tour company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We specialize in high-quality free walking tours and small-group local experiences, led by expert local guides in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

We offer three types of experiences: our Essential Free Walking Tour (a tip-based introduction to the city's historic center), paid small-group experiences for deeper cultural dives (tango, mate, football) and fully private tours designed around your interests, pace, and schedule. Whether you have two hours or a full day, there's an option for you.

It's a walking tour no buses, no bikes. You'll cover around 2 km over roughly 2.5 hours at a relaxed pace with regular stops. Comfortable shoes recommended.

A free walking tour is a guided city tour with no fixed price to join. Instead of paying upfront, guests are invited to tip the guide at the end based on their experience and budget.

It’s free to join, and at the end, you decide how much to tip your guide. Most guests tip around USD 10–20 per person, but it’s totally up to you, no pressure, no weird looks!

Yes, booking in advance is strongly recommended. Tours can fill up, especially during weekends and high season.

Booking also helps us organize the groups and ensures you receive all the necessary details in advance, including meeting point and updates via WhatsApp.

We offer Free Walking Tours in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

To book in your preferred language, simply switch the website to that language using the menu at the top of the page. The available tours and schedules will update automatically.

Our guide will be at the meeting holding a yellow umbrella.

If you’re not sure, just look for the person smiling a bit too much, that’s probably us 😊

Tours usually run even if it rains. Light or moderate rain doesn’t affect the experience, so we recommend bringing an umbrella just in case.

In the unlikely event of severe weather or a thunderstorm, we’ll contact you in advance with updates or alternatives. (Sadly, no dancing in the rain 😉)
